Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using EatStack. They describe your rights and responsibilities as a user of our platform and form a binding legal agreement between you and EatStack.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EatStack platform — including our website, mobile application, desktop application, and web POS — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use EatStack. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, staff members, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

EatStack is a restaurant management platform for food businesses in Pakistan and beyond. The platform provides tools for point-of-sale (POS) operations, order workflows, tables and reservations, inventory, customer records, team access, vendor management, expenses, and reporting. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Free, Basic, Premium, or Enterprise).

3. Account Registration

To use EatStack, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent your business to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

EatStack offers multiple subscription tiers. Pricing is listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on our Pricing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice. • Free Plan: Available with limited features at no cost • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual plans include a discount. • Trials: Where offered, trial periods do not require a credit card and automatically end without charge unless you upgrade We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments after a reasonable grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EatStack to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Process illegal transactions or fraudulent orders • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform • Resell or sublicense access to third parties without written permission • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of EatStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You own your business data (orders, inventory, customer records, etc.) stored within EatStack. We process this data to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the EatStack platform — including software, design, branding, and content — is owned by EatStack and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep EatStack available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure outages or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EatStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid to EatStack in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end and your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notification of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EatStack after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
